Project Management and Systems Development
CPPR provides project management for large federal grants and initiatives and often serves as the backbone organization to bring local, state, and national partners together around a common vision. Using collaborative approaches, including the Collective Impact model, CPPR works with partners and funders to develop workplans, set agendas, define roles and responsibilities, establish communication plans and tools, create implementation strategies, and monitor progress. CPPR has the capacity to staff and manage projects - often serving as an extension of our partners' staff. Our approach is relationship-based and collaborative, focused on balancing action and innovation to achieve our partners' and projects' goals.
We know that identifying evidence-based practices is not enough. We help agencies and community-based organizations understand how to apply knowledge of effective practices in multiple contexts. As part of the larger University of Kansas infrastructure, we can act as the neutral backbone organization for change efforts and bring significant resources and expertise to the table.
We're not afraid to tackle the hard questions that come up in your work. We're partners at the table to support your strategic planning, project management, and collective impact efforts.
